Dear Iris, that is not what the media over here say. But then I maybe misinformed. But I have seen programmes about American meeting in Nazi Uniforms with all emblems, etc.
Since there have been several comments on this, I will risk the wrath of the plants-only faction and explain. First of all, if you take with a grain of salt everything your media say about the US, I will do the same here about Europe.
Yes, there are people here who call themselves Nazis and dress up in Nazi uniforms. It's a free country. There are also skinheads, KKK, white supremacists, and other obnoxious detritus. They are not a real political party. As far as I know, they do not participate in any elections. They do not pose any real danger as long as they are monitored by groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League, which keep an eye on them.
