Just like with fishing, lines get cast out waiting for someone to bite. Smart fish don't rise to the bait. They scroll past. Then, with a touch of a button, the harangue that someone took hours to compose and post goes *blip* into oblivion, never to be seen again, never to be remembered or thought of.
