I need some help in growing a Miltassia that I picked up from my local orchid society raffle table.  This one combines several species of Miltonia that are native to the warm, low-lying areas of Brazil and Central America, along with Brassia species from similar areas.  I am growing it along with my Cattleyas, but with more generous watering on the Miltassia.  I originally had it in small bark, but a few months ago repotted in small coconut chips.

In the 18 months I have had it two new pseudobulbs and leaves have emerged, with good new root growth, but soon the leaves start yellowing from the tip, with the yellowing progressing downward until the entire leaf and the pseudobulb is yellow.  There has not been a hint of a bloom.  This plant is obviously not happy, but I have no idea what to do for it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
