Our OS used this program for our show in April and were mostly happy with it. There are two major drawbacks (and a few minor ones) . . . one is that there's no print preview, so no way to look at your entires without printing them, which is neither economical nor environmentally friendly. Another is that the technical support seems to be sadly lacking. Officers from our OS have repeatedly tried contacting them with no response.
