| I have used these lights, but only in conjunction with good south facing sunlight. I have not had problems blooming Paphs and Phrags under them, and have used both the 160W bulbs and the 300W bulbs. Unfortunately, Westron, the company that manufactures the bulbs, had trouble with the 300W bulbs burning out after only a month.
