Hello everyone!
Weren't the Dutch one of the first to plant aquariums as underwater gardens?
I seem to remember that from way back when I started with aquariums ... to
the point they were called "Dutch Aquariums".

"it is always fascinating to see what high quality plants and flowers the
Dutch growers are putting out"

I also found out, quite by accident, that an unknown bromeliad I have
(raised from seed by me) can survive frost and freezing for a couple days!
Fascinating ... I lost a Jade plant (Crassula?), but an Astrophytum and
Mammilaria
also survived.
