Oliver writes that we are headed toward a population of 9 bn people. I would like to suggest a population control project to keep things in check:
Keep President Bush in office. There is no telling how many more people he can kill off if given the chance. One 'encouraging thing' is that the next three generations of U.S. citizens will be so busy working to pay off the national debt they won't have time to make babies. PAX, I wish. The only reason biofuels are so big in the US is because Senator Lugar of Indiana (along with a few others trying to get re-elected) are stroking the CORN farmers.
