I am currently drafting a small book on the growing the growing of Australian
Orchids targeting new grower's world wide
It is nearly finished, but not being widely travelled, I have not seen Aussie
Orchids growing in other countries
I am interested in how our US friends (and any other country in fact) house our
native Australian orchids such as Dendrobium and Sarcochilus.
What I am looking for are uncompressed (Tiff maybe) digital photos
Photos of hobby glasshouses, shade-houses, indoor light shelves, simply where
do you grow them under the various conditions found through out the great
diversity of climates found in the US and Europe
Any photos supplied should be very small on the first send, maybe about 500kb
If it's what I'm looking for I will request a resend of about 5Mb
Please don't send large photos first up as it may clog my system
The photos are for publishing in the book (Maybe a few free books for the help!)
I am not looking for grand structures, just simple backyard knock-ups that
anyone could accomplish.
At a later date I will be looking for some more specifics as to localized pests
and diseases found there, but maybe not here
