Just a quick message to thank everyone (including Oliver Sparrow, VB, Cynthia Hill & Eric Hunt) for advice for my Cambodian expedition. I have since had the pleasure to have extremely valuable feedback and information from Andeé Schuiteman, Jaap Vermeulen and Ed de Vogel.
