In an Orchid Digest topic some weeks ago this information was listed
"rooting orchid leaves successfully... on the rare [?] Ludisia (jewel
orchid). Just chop off the runner leaves and stick them in sphagnum
    moss, they grow like crazy."
and a comment -- one should read, about a similar mode of propagation
for species of the genus Restrepia :Webb, Marguerite
1981 'Propagation of Restrepias by Leaf Cuttings' in American Orchid
Society Bulletin, Volume 50, page 419.
I have been unable to find either of these references online and hope
that someone might scan the articles and email them to me,
    Thanks, Ron [EMAIL PROTECTED]
