I chose to recieve each email to OGD individually instead of digests and I too missed these emails. The last email I recieved was on 5/31 and only started getting them again yesterday or the day before. I tried sending a message to the list and it was bounced back as well! When I checked the archives there were a few messages sent but only a handful.
