Dear Ogd's On my recent visit to Colombia I was taken to the home of Edwin Astaiza Tálaga and saw his newly discovered Warscewiczella/Cochleanthes/ timbiensis described by Pedro Ortiz in Orquideologia 24[1]: 7[-8, 19-20; fig.5] 2005. Does anyone have a copy of the article? I would greatly appreciate a scan. Does anyone have an opinion of where this species really belongs? Is it Cochleanthes? The flower is visible at www.orchidspecies.com/wartimbiensis.htm A really beautiful, large flower with a wide spread lip. It is quite impressive. Sorry about the bad picture quality. Jay Pfahl
