The OGD sprung from the Orchid List Digest, a LISTSERV by Willis Dair on the Santa Clara University computers. I subscribe to other large LISTSERVs with many members which are also operated through college/university computers and wonder if there may not be a person on this list with access to their university's LISTSERV capabilities... (for free).
Granted I should keep my mouth shut about things I don't understand, like whether this would be against a university's rules or challenge Kenneth's standing as list owner. But its an idea. But to answer the questions, yes I like the OGD, yes I like the email format. I looked at the freelist.org website and that's about all I know about that, *G*. Thanks for everything you do, Kenneth.
