Barbara. Look at it this way. None of us would knowingly purchase illegally
imported plants. While It is certainly possable to purchase legally imported
plants, without paperwork, it is no longer safe to just "know" your plants are
legal,You have to be able to prove that they are. If you are ever visited by
the CITES enforcers, and they wear many different hats, you will be dealing
with people who have given themselves the right to assume that all plants
covered by CITES are here illegally, and will confiscate the plants in
question, possably others as well, unless YOU can prove the importation was
legal. Innocent until proved guilty does not apply in this case. CYA is the
