If you are missing issue 313 it may be because the list is being spammed (cf., Message 9) and a spam blocker used by your ISP may have intercepted it on account of that. Mine did. Had I not reset my preferences with Earthlink recently to hang onto blocked messages long enough for me to review them, it would have merely deleted issue 313 without a trace.
What is needed is a spam blocker of moderate sophistication to intercept incoming spam at the list server so it does not become part of the outgoing issue.
