I doubt that the house consumes not energy. What runs the pumps that brinbg warm water up and send the hot water down in the summer? Then no fans? I can barely see that the heat from the fifty degre water might rise in the winter, but how does the heat of summer get into the pipes to be pumped down? I live in, built, a nice log home with geothermal heating, keeps the hosue warm in wih=nter, now, and cool in the summer. Does this by forcing heat into a liquid, PEG? and circulating this hot liquid dwown into the ground through pipes, then withdraws that heat in the winter. Of course neither system is 100%, but the ground's natural heat makes up the deficit. Works well. Tom
