I've transcribed the programme for the upcoming 19th WOC in Miami into an iCalendar file and have placed it on my website:
www.dendrobium.org You can download this file from the website and import it into your favourite program, plan your conference, sync it to your PDA / iPhone, show it off etc. The iCal file has events comprising each of the talks (speakers, topics and times for the three parallel tracks), as well as the opening and closing ceremony and judging events. Details are correct as of today. Go to the download page by clicking "19 WOC" link on the navigation bar at the top. Download the file by clicking on the link. Double click the downloaded file, and it should open in your calendar program (e.g., iCal in Mac OSX, Outlook in Windows, etc). There's also a map of locations related to the conference on the website (e.g., conference venue, hotels, etc). Hopefully at least one other person on this planet will find this useful!
