Both the captions to photos listed as either Maxillaria acutipetala and Maxillaria punctostriata are in fact the same image and is actually the variable species and large flowered form of Maxillaria picta. I think those images have been there for about a decade!
Regarding your "Maxillaria sanguinolenta", the images you refer to are actually Maxillaria melegaris. In Australia, many plants were previously incorrectly labelled under the former name.
