Lycaste cruenta (seed) X Lycaste aromatica (pollen)

The RHS lists the following epithet registered to Goldschmidt in 1915:
Lycaste Goldschmidtiana

The RHS also lists this epithet for the same cross, registered to Mochizuki
in 1999:
Lycaste Yoko's Sister

What is the accepted name of this primary hybrid?
Why was a second name added in 1999?
Even with the second naming, does the priority go to the earlier registered
name?
If there is an exception to the rules of naming where species naturally
hybridize, what are the rules?

Thanks!
