The media always get things garbled up. Joe grows hundreds of orchids (maybe
thousands), but he specializes in Paphs and Phrags. He carries several other
popular types for sale, especially Phals, but I wouldn't say he grows them.
He has won numerous AOS awards, mainly on his slipper orchids, as well as the
Show Trophy. His greenhouse is immaculate.
