four ways to care for orchids...

1. Bright light, no direct sun: Place the plant inside at an east, west or 
shaded south window. Place outside on a patio or under trees for summer.

2. ... Mature plants need a 15- to 20-degree difference between night and 
day...

3. Water carefully: Mature plants should seldom dry out between waterings. 
Seedlings need more attention to moisture.

4. Fertilize... "weakly, weekly."... fertilize every week at one-quarter to 
one-half of the recommended dilution."
