Re: Vol. 10, Issue 180
Hi Errol,
In reply to your request for sources of Orchid books. I have successfully
found a number of old and out-of-print Orchid books at two websites:

www.bookfinder.com
www.alibris.com

I believe bookfinder.com compiles data from a number of other book websites,
and alibiris might also. Alibris says they are good at finding old and rare
books.

Also, if you are unsuccessful finding a particular book, you might try again in
a few months. I believe these dealers must be constantly receiving new books
to sell. I recently found a book that I had looked for several times
previously.

Hope this helps.

Does anyone have any good sources for orchid books, both in-print and
out-of-print?

It seems that the new AOS web site doesn't sell orchid books anymore. It
was handy to be able to order books through them, especially with the 10%
discount.

It was particularly good if you didn't have a title or author and could
just browse by category or region.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Errol
