Hal Horwitz of Richmond, Va.,
Clete Smith of Pittsburgh, Pa., and
Tom Sampliner of Cleveland.
They will cover scientific research as well as Appalachian culture, ecology 
and botany.

... attendees will visit native orchid sites in West Virginia, home of 43 
species of native orchids, including a recently discovered species [name ?] 
in Monroe County.
The 400-mile trek includes stops in Randolph, Pocahontas and Nicholas 
counties."
