Now that I've settled back home after travel I have rejoined the
List. I am an orchid judge in Australia and member of the Central
Coast Panel.
My orchids are a hobby but my wife would suggest an obsession. Wives
just don't seem to understand. My collection is varied and includes
cymbidiums, laeliinae, vandaceous,
soft cane dendrobiums, Australian dendrobiums, paphiopedilums and
lycaste. My favourite orchid is the Japanese line bred 4N Sophronitis
coccinea which is quite spectacular.
I look forward to the comments and advice of so many experienced
orchid buffs.
