Richard,

During the time period of 10/1/2007-2/28/2008 the LPO raised $9255.25* in
cash and in kind cash payments or an average of $1851.05 per month. This was
during the time period including and immediately following the
implementation of zero dues. During that time the LPO had a positive net
income every month and an improving balance sheet every month.

The official records would have financial statements, and they were
published in the LPO newsletters. To the best of my knowledge this was one
of the few (if only) time periods in the past 6 years of LPO history where
the party finances improved consistently month over month.

After dues were set back to $50 in Newport 2009, the party lost the office
because they were unable to pay for it... overdrew the bank account twice
that I am aware of, one time resulting in it being closed and charged off,
and stopped making payments to most creditors altogether.

Objective reality appears to not be congruent with your stated position.

Please logically back your statement in a manner that is reconcilable with
this data.
