Not explicitly case by case, but they're making it available on port
80 to all comers. I suggest a permission-oriented web may not be the
best notion to push.

Blocking the TalkTalk bot may fly better. Does it obey robots.txt?

The TalkTalk customer who first sent the request has a concern, I'd think.
