That is the current (manual) way of doing things. ORG's technical
volunteers are now working on a project to expand blocked.org.uk in two
ways:

1) To check automatically whether URLs are blocked on various networks.
2) To cover UK consumer-broadband connections.

The next version will cover at least the following networks, configured
with their "default-on" filtering settings: Andrews & Arnold, BT,
PlusNet, TalkTalk, Sky and Virgin Media. We also hope to include the
four UK mobile network operators: 3, EE, O2 and Vodafone (if not at
launch then very soon afterwards).

Regards

Richard.

P.S. Apologies for double-posting earlier. A subscription-address
assumption error on my part.
