FULLTEXT index allows to define queries like "the sentence must contain the word X" but not "the value must start/end with the characters ABC" (see #2036 <https://github.com/orientechnologies/orientdb/issues/2036>)
IMHO, there is no way to optimize this type of queries with OrientDB.
