Thanks. I had found the same page. Know that the first byte is the config.
But how is the content arranged? An array of rids? Strings? Objects? With
pound signs/colons? Etc.

I'm trying to analyze the bytes and can see the cluster id and the last two
short values added together make the position id. But want to make sure I
am parsing the data correctly. I see some extra bytes.
