Hi Luca,

I took the cue from elasticsearch service wrapper (
https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-servicewrapper).
They had the same concerns about licensing: jsw was included in es 0.9
distribution.
Then they decided to remove it and create a separate project.

I think a separate project referenced in the wiki could be a good solution.
Installation is very easy ... just three simple steps.
