I am using orientDb version 1.6.
When I am storing my record using command like this:
create vertex user content {"about_me": ":("}
I get following error:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Missing closed parenthesis character: ')',
position: 146
I have gone through the issue filed as
"https://github.com/orientechnologies/orientdb/issues/1771";
But, I guess this has been fixed in latest release of orientdb. But,
migrating from 1.6 to latest version seems difficult for me.
I am currently stuck with it as it is giving error for many of the special
characters as missing parenthesis.
Request you to help me out with this and suggest what can be done in order
to resolve this.
