Hi Brian Usually you don't have to change the $ORIENTDB_HOME for workbench. Simple enter the bin directory and launch ./start-workbench.sh
For the server when you put the agent in the plugins folder in the log you should see the enterprise edition written. To check if the agent is running you can point your browser to http://<server-ip>:<server-port>/profiler/status type your root password and it should respond 'on' Do you have the log of the server and the workbench?
