Hi Mayur,
Seems this is a bug.

Workaround: place your database where you want and create a symbolic link
under $ORIENTDB_HOME/databases.

Example:

> cd $ORIENTDB_HOME/databases
> ln -s  /tmp/orientdb/GratefulDeadConcerts
