In 1.7.x we had:
OGlobalConfiguration.CACHE_LEVEL1_ENABLED
OGlobalConfiguration.CACHE_LEVEL2_ENABLED
In 2.0-M1 we have:
OGlobalConfiguration.CACHE_LOCAL_ENABLED
Is this the replacement for Level1? I know that Level2 is no more.
