Since we started to use OrientDB some years ago we have had several
incidents where the database has been corrupted in some way (different bugs
in ODB), now that we are going live with the system we feel that we need a
way to run integrity check on the database on a interval so that we loose
as little data as possible if something goes wrong.

CHECK DATABASE is as far as I know just a console command, but we need to
run this on a running database (used by the back-end server). Is there a
way to run a similar test from the Java API?

Regards,
Roar
