Hi,
employees contains ODocument objects, so to extract fields you should use
.field() method. To get the identity ODocument has .getIdentity() method.
Example:
var e = "create edge employee_belong_dpartement from #" +
emp.getIdentity() + " to " + department.getIdentity();
