I've read the docs here: http://www.orientechnologies.com/docs/last/orientdb.wiki/Distributed-Configuration.html#load-balancing
...and that's really client-connection failover, not load balancing. I'm building a project that will be ingesting data at the rate of 1000's of records/sec over months, and would like to balance the writes and the storage across multiple servers. Is there a way to use multiple clusters for my class and specify the server that each cluster is stored on? I've seen hints in the documentation that this is possible, but nothing concrete. If I could do this, I could e.g. make clusters named according to time (e.g. year-day-hour) to get different hours stored on different servers. -- --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OrientDB" group.
