Hi, Don't know if it helps, but when I ran into the same situation, I had to first delete all connected edges (with "delete edge X"), then vertexes (with "delete vertex X", then drop it and it worked for me (and if your class has other clusters, drop them before as well). a bit of a pain to do... but, did the trick.
