I am experiencing a problem that was also described (but unanswered) here (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27222860/java-orientdb-console-bat-seems-to-buffer-input). When I open the console.bat, I get the command prompt, but then any text I enter is not echoed to the console. If I type in a command and hit enter, it executes properly. I just can't see the command I've typed before it executes
While it may occur in other situations, the commonalities between my platform and Udo's are Windows 64 bit (I'm using 8.1), Java 8 and community edition of OrientDB.
