Hi all,
I'm a ODB newbie and I'm trying to understand if applicable to my IoT
scenario.
Keeping it simple, I've many sensors (of several types) and a great amount
of values sent by sensors.
On these values I've to do some time based analytics.
After reading
https://github.com/orientechnologies/orientdb/wiki/Time-series-use-case and
some other posts on the topic I still have some doubts (probably my
fault...) even because some of the post have pending answers.
Here come my questions:

- supposed that I've created a chain of classes like those suggested in the
above page, how can I link sensors with the root of the calendar and how
can I link the values to the leaves (hours or minutes or...) of the graph?
- supposed that I adopt the solution stated in the previous question, what
will I find linked to the leaves of the graph ? Values of all the sensors
to the same leave (e.g. an hour) or I'll obtain as many graphs as are the
sensors?

- what's the best strategy to obtain all the values of a type of sensor
(e.g. temperature, pressure, etc.) for a specific time interval (e.g. an
hour) ?

Is there anybody that can clarify me how can I best address these problems?
Thank you for your time
ny
