Even when all values of all documents are set to NULL, the property remains.
This is all I can find: "The *Drop Property* command removes a property from the schema. This doesn't remove the property values in records, but just change the schema information. Records will continue to have the property values if any." (http://www.orientechnologies.com/docs/last/orientdb.wiki/SQL-Drop-Property.html).
