Hi All, I would like to have your point of view regarding my idea of using Orient DB as database for CEP system.
I should support around 1M events in total across all the available users - around 10 mln. The two main reqs I have are: - fast read & write - keeping the temporal sequence of receiving the events - the single key is the user id Initially my idea was to use a document db and looking for information about it, I met orient db - which seems to be a graph and document at the same time. Now I have read a bit more and I'm thinking to create a graph but given my un-experience I'm not sure about the design.
