Ah - nevermind. I see now that it is not available until 2.1 is released.

I assume, with the change, that even though the creation of the vertex will 
be skipped (since it already exists), that edge creation will still occur, 
correct? 

Will there also be syntax available in 2.1 to allow pre-existing edges to 
be skipped also?
