I was wondering if there is a way to tell if disk cache RAM is being used when performing aquery or if its data is being read from hard drive instead ?
Also what are the most import disk cache settings to be configured to optimize the data set mostly being read from memory instead of disk. Our dataset is rarely being written to mostly reads.
