In the documentation link you provided, I don't see any mention of the 
ability to a) query a list of database connections or b) kill a db 
connection. This functionality exists in the http api so I'm still unclear 
if it is forever unavailable via binary-protocol OR if the functionality is 
available in some, perhaps undocumented, command.
