I knew my wording was not going to be understood. I meant to say, the "weight" property is nothing the database itself will work off of. There is no internal logic in the database, which takes the property into account and thus changes results.
The fact a user can use the property in a query from the application (and what I meant with a property used purely within the application), is perfectly clear to me.
