A few years ago there was a discussion in this forum about adding hypergraph support to OrientDB (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/orient-database/_dHciP_VnAE). There was an issue created (967) with a low priority as an enhancement for 2.0. Marko Rodriguez suggested in that thread that "You could create a HyperGraph interface atop TinkerPop Graph that implements a HyperGraph."
Has there been any progress in this direction? Are there any recommendations on how to implement hypernodes and hyperedges in the current OrientDB version? Thanks.
