Hi, I can if I manage to create and isolated test case :).
This is deep inside our code base and something we heave been using heavily without problems. We recently upgraded to 1.9 and that is the only thing I can suggest ... without being sure. I'll keep digging and see if I can come up with a isolated test case for the reproducible error (I'm narrowing this down not as it occurs inside a fairly sizable transaction).
