Hi,

I just tried creating an OrientDB 2.0.10 instance. I was able to choose
the size for both North Europe and US East.

Perhaps it's a setting related to your subscription?

We'll be updating the Azure Image to 2.2.x in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, I'd suggest creating a basic Linux image and downloading
the latest OrientDB. It's very easy to set-up.

Best regards,

-Colin
