Hi Francisco, Yeah, that text is a bit misleading. It was originally meant for Github, where only bugs and suggestions should be written. If you saw it posted there, it make more sense.
You can certainly ask questions here. The sticky does mention SO is the preferred method to ask questions, but indirectly. Or you can post it to the Community Group *(Stack Overflow answers usually > come earlier)*: In other words, the ODB team take care of SO first, before they take care of this group.
